About the Role: Night Auditor

As our Night Auditor, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.

Your Impact

You will support day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You'll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams—driving accountability, engagement, and results.

Compliance & Standards

4. Run audit reports/journals from all computer profit centers and outlets
5. Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout their shift
6. Input onto the PC revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary
7. Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day's operations
8. Ensure all reports and back-up vouchers are complete and filed properly
9. Ensure all necessary copies of documents/back-up and reports of daily work are distributed to the proper person (i.e. A/R, A/P, and Payroll)
10. Greeting guests and processing hotel registration
11. Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay
12. Processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy.

Requirements

13. OPERA/PMS Systems experience preferred
14. Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
15. Previous front desk / guest services experience a must with one-year experience in a similar size hotel operation required. Prior night audit experience preferred
16. Previous Opera and Micros experience a plus
17. Be professional in all interactions with guests and associates
18. Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions
19. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
20. Ability to perform basic mathematics and cash transactions
21. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
