Hilton Minneapolis Airport is seeking a detail-oriented Front Office Auditor to perform daily audit functions across the front desk and hotel outlets, ensuring accurate room and tax postings and timely corrections. You will back up the front office system and assist with night audit processes, with potential system rebuilds as needed.

The role requires delivering courteous guest service, handling check-ins/outs, payments, and reservations, and providing clear directions to rooms.

Qualifications

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy; correct any errors promptly.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related computer maintenance as applicable.
