Job summary

East West Hospitality's Solaris Residences in Vail is seeking a Night Audit to oversee the property overnight, two nights per week, balancing guest service, front desk operations, and financial accuracy in a luxury residential setting.

You’ll manage late-night check-ins, reconcile guest folios, support bell/valet, and handle guest needs with calm professionalism. Housing is not provided; benefits, training, and career growth opportunities are available.

• Oversee nightly audit processes, reconciling guest folios, billing activity, and daily reports with precision.
• Manage late-night check-ins, early departures, and guest communications, providing seamless service and accurate information.
• Support overnight guest experience with hands-on assistance, including luggage handling and arrival/departure needs.
• Safely operate valet services, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in line with property standards.
• Maintain a strong overnight presence, monitoring property activity and responding calmly and professionally to guest needs, issues, and unexpected situations.

At The Solaris Residences , the overnight shift puts you in a position of trust and responsibility. As Night Audit , you'll oversee the property for two nights each week, balancing guest service, front office operations, and financial accuracy in a luxury residential setting.

The role offers plenty of variety beyond the Front Desk. You'll support Bell and Valet operations, respond to guest needs, assist with occasional light housekeeping or maintenance requests, and reconcile the day's financial activity. We're looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when unexpected situations arise, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Duties Include:
