TownePlace Suites Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, balance revenues, and prepare daily financial reports while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires evening or overnight shifts, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and strong English communication. Prior hotel experience is helpful but not required; computer proficiency and a welcoming demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Amazing guest service skills.
• Experience in hotels is helpful but not required.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable with moderately complex systems.
• Strong English communication and clear telephone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Front Desk Operations and guest interactions.
• Handle check-in and check-out to ensure a seamless experience.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about local attractions and amenities.
• Coordinate with restaurants and bars for smooth operations and system resets.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Night audit and financial reporting: balance revenue, reset systems, and generate daily Guest Ledger Summary.
