Crescent is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue/Accounting Assistant to balance daily restaurant revenue, audit POS tapes, and ensure accurate nightly settlements. The role requires strong data entry and math skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate guest and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes and journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems, POS, and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and resolve computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily summaries.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
