Job summary

The Red Lion Hotel Bellevue is currently seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our team on the overnight shift. This role ensures auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions to support guest services and financial profitability.

Responsibilities include balancing daily revenue, reconciling credit card transactions, and assisting guests during the night. The incumbent will act as manager on duty and respond to emergencies as required.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong cash handling and problem-solving skills.
• Shift is overnight 11pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post and balance daily cash and transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of credit card reconciliation.
• Check in/check out guests quickly and professionally.
• Monitor guest activity from the front desk.
• Act as manager on duty during overnight shift, handling emergencies.

The Red Lion Hotel Bellevue is currently searching for full-time Night Auditor to join our team on the overnight shift. A Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities Include:

• Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage.
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists.
• Schedule and assign daily housekeeping work and communicate with the appropriate team members .
• Monitor guest activity from the front desk.
• Check in and check out quests quickly and efficiently, while answering any questions they may have.
• Act as the manager on duty, and respond to any fire, life or safety emergency, as required.

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English - both written and verbally
• Familiarity with Windows and similar computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong cash handling, balancing, and problem- solving skills
• overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.
