InterContinental The Clement Monterey is hiring a Night Audit Agent for overnight shifts. The role focuses on accurate nightly financials, guest service, and seamless front desk operations within the Front Office team.

The ideal candidate will have strong math skills, reliable performance, and a professional, guest-centric approach to maintain high hospitality standards in a tranquil Cannery Row setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of guest service experience in hospitality or similar.
• Front Desk or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, and hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel revenue and transactions.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts, credit card payments, deposits, and guest accounts.
• Balance hotel revenue and expenses for the 24-hour period and complete system rollover.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and management reports.
• Verify room charges, adjustments, and postings per procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests with exceptional hospitality.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate important information to management and incoming shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial records while handling cash and security procedures.
• Assist Front Office operations and other guest service tasks as needed.
