Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a Night Audit Manager to lead our overnight Front Office operations at our Kissimmee resort. You will oversee the nightly audit, balance financial transactions, and prepare daily reports while supporting the Front Office team and guest services.

You'll resolve guest concerns, monitor overnight activities, and coordinate check-ins/check-outs with our PMS system, ensuring a smooth night operation and high guest satisfaction. Previous supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Front Office or Night Audit.
• Experience in hotels, resorts or timeshares preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with PMS and nightly audit procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight Front Office operations and ensure service standards are followed.
• Complete and oversee the nightly audit, ensuring accurate financials.
• Research discrepancies and prepare daily financial and operational reports.
• Lead, coach, and onboard Front Office team members.
• Provide personalized guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor overnight arrivals, departures, room status, and other Front Office activities.
• Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and Front Office transactions in PMS.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities and special requests.
• Communicate with other departments to address overnight needs and share feedback.
• Promote resort amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Operate the courtesy shuttle and assist with overnight resort needs as required.
• Maintain accurate records and protect guest and company information.

Are you a hospitality professional who thrives during the overnight hours and enjoys balancing operational leadership with exceptional guest service? Vacatia is looking for a Night Audit Manager to lead our overnight Front Office operations and ensure each day closes accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll oversee the nightly audit, review and balance financial transactions, prepare daily reports, and support the Front Office team while serving as a key point of contact for our overnight guests. You'll also have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the guest experience by resolving concerns, anticipating needs, and ensuring our resort remains welcoming and well-operated throughout the night.

Pay rate: $23/hr

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight Front Office operations and ensure service standards and company policies are followed.
• Complete and oversee the nightly audit, ensuring financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Research discrepancies and prepare daily financial and operational reports.
• Lead, coach, and support Front Office team members, including training and onboarding.
• Provide personalized guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations.
• Monitor overnight arrivals, departures, room status, and other Front Office activities.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and Front Office transactions using the resort's property management system.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and special guest requests.
• Communicate with other departments and management to address overnight operational needs.Monitor guest feedback and service trends and share relevant information with leadership.
• Promote resort amenities, activities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Operate the courtesy shuttle and assist with other overnight resort needs as required.
• Maintain accurate records, protect guest and company information, and follow all safety and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Front Office, Night Audit, accounting/audit, or related experience.
• Previous resort, hotel, or timeshare experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with property management systems and nightly audit procedures preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
