The Global Ambassador in Phoenix is seeking a detail‑oriented Night Auditor to join our luxury hotel team. You will reconcile guest accounts, verify charges, and post payments during overnight shifts while delivering exceptional guest service.

With 2+ years in night audit or luxury hospitality accounting, you will maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support front desk operations. This full‑time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years in Night Audit or luxury hospitality accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accurate end-of-day financial reconciliation for guest accounts.
• Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Handle billing inquiries with clear explanations and guest services.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to departments.
• Audit daily transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist Front Desk with overnight check-ins/outs and guest requests.
• Monitor hotel access at night and coordinate emergency response.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure accounting standards compliance.
• Present a polished appearance in line with luxury brand standards.
