Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel is seeking a Night Audit/Accounting professional to join our luxury team in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform end-of-day reconciliation, verify charges, and support front desk operations during overnight hours.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with guest billing, reports, and accounting principles is preferred; Opera PMS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Night Audit or Accounting within luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate end-of-day financial reconciliation for guest accounts.
• Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments with precision.
• Handle guest billing inquiries with clear explanations and exceptional service.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to hotel management.
• Conduct audits of daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Front Desk with overnight check-ins and check-outs.
• Monitor night access and ensure security of guests and property.
• Coordinate emergency responses following protocol.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions per accounting standards.
• Uphold luxury brand appearance and professional demeanor.
