O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Dual Property Night Audit for the Moxy Springfield Downtown and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Springfield, MO. You will perform nightly audit procedures, verify wake‑up calls, balance cash receipts, and prep the front desk for the day shift.

The role includes serving as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours, participating in front office meetings, and contributing to a safe, welcoming guest experience in an indoor

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports as per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
