Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial records, cash drawers, and room charges.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Handle front desk duties: reservations, check-ins, guest inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests as needed.
• Maintain a pleasant guest experience during the overnight shift.
