Job summary

Peck & Plume seeks a Night Auditor to ensure front desk and accounting operations run smoothly while providing outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking in/out, and supporting daily financial reports.

The role requires hotel experience, overnight availability, and familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hotel experience.
• Minimum of 1 year working overnight.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and M3 accounting software preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at arrival and departure; assist in check-in/out.
• Register guests promptly and courteously; prepare for group check-ins.
• Balance and audit room revenue and F&B revenue; assist in reports.
• Audit room/tax charges, cashier reports, and house accounts for accuracy.
• Transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting docs.
• Communicate with hotel departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in booking reservations and answer hotel phone calls.
• Maintain guest relations with knowledge of in-house and area events.
• Maintain information sources to enhance department communications.
• Perform wake-up calls and other assignments as requested.
