Highgate Hotels L.P. is seeking a Night Auditor for the Residence Inn Ontario, CA location.

The role involves reconciling hotel cashier transactions, generating daily operating reports, and supporting front desk duties as needed to ensure accurate guest billing and smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, experience with hotel financial processes, and the ability to multitask during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Assist in check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard operations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Cashier reports and credit card settlements.
• Communicate issues to management and maintain guest satisfaction.
