Plamondon Hospitality Partners’ TownePlace Suites Frederick, MD is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will coordinate with hotel departments to address guest needs, process transactions, and support guest services while maintaining safety and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Tuition reimbursement is offered as part of our commitment to growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting.
• Manage guest bookings per company guidelines, including guest check-in and check-out, answering phones, processing financial transactions, and more.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to effectively address guest requests.
• Take up other duties as assigned by the management team.
• Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
