Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring an Overnight Hotel Supervisor at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX. You will oversee overnight operations, guest relations, and security tasks, ensuring service excellence across a multi-property portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in hotel front desk, night audit, or supervisory roles, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will work overnights, including weekends and holidays, to support safety and guest

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous hotel front desk, night audit, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site leadership presence during overnight hours.
• Supervise the on-duty Night Auditor and night audit process.
• Maintain an active front desk presence to monitor guest activity and service flow.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Document guest issues and resolutions in shift logs and communications.
• Conduct routine security walks and assist with safety procedures.
• Log maintenance and service requests and ensure follow-up actions.
