Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking Bell Attendants for the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, support front desk operations, and handle luggage delivery and guest requests while maintaining a welcoming, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License with limited penalties.
• Ability to move and drive diverse vehicle types including manual/automatic and parallel park.
• Push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Knowledge of local restaurants/attractions (Texas A&M campus).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at check-in/check-out and support front desk/concierge operations.
• Assist with bell/valet duties and luggage handling.
• Deliver luggage and guest requests to rooms.
• Maintain lobby and drive area cleanliness and organization.
• Provide high levels of guest service and communication.
