Greens Havasu LLC operates Home2 Suites Lake Havasu in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We seek a Part-time Night Auditor with 1 year of Night Audit and 3 years of front desk experience, plus a high school diploma or higher, ready to work the Night Shift.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with the Brand's PMS, Quore, and Simple Hotel data system, ensuring accurate nightly close and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Night Auditor experience and 3 years hotel front desk experience.
• High School diploma or higher.
• Ability to work the Night Shift.
• Proficiency with front office equipment such as credit card machines, copiers, and faxes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff.
• Analyze the day\'s operating results and perform daily duties.
• Conduct the Night Audit in accordance with Greens standards.
• Operations analysis & reporting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and direct billing.
• End of day statistics, Labor hours, Front office reports.
• Lobby and public areas appearance in order to present a professional image.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax, and central reservation systems referrals.
