Job summary

Hotel Hermosa in Hermosa Beach is seeking a Night Audit to join the team. The Night Auditor will close hotel books at night and assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office related functions including reservations.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Balance cash and guest accounts and ensure accurate charges at checkout.
• Respond to inquiries and accept reservations per guidelines.
• Answer calls, set wake-up calls and relay information to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to support hotel operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
