Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax posting for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservation modules, and related software as needed.
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage front desk duties including check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, PBX, and guest directions.
