Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process check-ins and check-outs during night hours and manage reservations.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Prepare and balance daily revenue reports including room and other revenue streams.
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts; close daily transactions.
• Monitor premises for safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
