Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and schedules.
• Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts.
• Post and audit charges and balance accounts in the PMS.
• Run end-of-day procedures and reconcile reports.
