• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Complete backup of front office computer systems and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild the front office system, reservations, and related computer maintenance as applicable.
• Understand and follow management accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guest guidance.
