Experience with PC cash registers, strong communication, and professional etiquette are essential. This role supports guest satisfaction while ensuring revenue accuracy in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred, but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on hotel cash and credit operations in F&B, rooms, gift shop, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely information and services.
• Handle reservations information and guest concerns professionally.
• Balance and close bank ticket codes daily.
• Run night audit final to balance revenues.
• Assist check-in and check-out to ensure guest satisfaction.
