Job summary

Makeready is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Auditor at The Menger Hotel in San Antonio. You will balance day-shift accounts, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate wake-up calls and concierge requests to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to balance and audit accounts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Balance the accounts for day shift.
• Manage front desk activities and guest check-ins/outs.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and concierge requests.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle calls and inquiries.
• Escalate requests to appropriate departments.
