Job summary

Makeready is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Auditor at The Menger Hotel in San Antonio. You will balance day-shift accounts, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate wake-up calls and concierge requests to ensure guest satisfaction.

Strong multitasking and prior guest-services experience are highly preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision, a 401k program, and PTO exchanges, in a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

• Balance the accounts for day shift.

Requested Tasks

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience highly preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
