Job summary

Atma Hotel Group in Durham, NC seeks a Night Auditor to oversee third shift front desk operations and audit functions, ensure end-of-day computer requirements are completed, and verify all financial transactions balance.

You will prepare daily reports, conduct nightly checks, and communicate issues to the Front Office Manager while maintaining guest service excellence throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in nightly audits.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and management flash reports.
• Balance daily postings and revenues.
• Handle express checkouts and night audit tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of front desk procedures and PBX/wake-up calls.
• Communicate nightly activities to Front Office Manager.
• Document and report errors by department cashiers.
• Prepare and distribute required reports and spreadsheets.
• Conduct thorough bucket checks and report discrepancies.
