Job summary

Duties include processing reservations, assisting guests with requests, coordinating with laundry and housekeeping, handling cash and receipts, and maintaining security and credit card procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Perform end-of-day bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• Act as on-duty manager for the property during the shift.
• Handle guest arrivals, payment details, and room allocations.
• Assist guests with requests and travel arrangements.
• Maintain guest safety, security, and credit card procedures.
