Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11pm-7am) to welcome guests and oversee daily receipts. The role requires self-motivation, discipline, and organizational skills to ensure accurate billing and smooth night operations.

The position includes responsibilities for front desk and F&B systems, plus coordinating with departments to summarize the night and ensure a seamless rollover to the next business day.

• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.

Night Audit Overview:

Night Audit is a very important role within the hotel function. Working the overnight hours (11pm-7am) is not easy. This candidate needs to be self-motivated, disciplined and be an organized individual. The night audit position will welcome guests, oversee processing and reconciling the daily receipts as well as preparing guests bills.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to guests needs and requests.
