Hyatt's Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking Night Audit Associates to join the overnight team, handling guest registration, hotel services, and promotions with a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience. The role starts at $19.00 per hour with overnight shift differential and a 20% commission on upsells.

Night Audit Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions during the overnight shift. The highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries, checking guests in/out, room service orders, etc. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or have interest in Hotel clerk positions, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
