Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking Night Audit Associates to manage guest registration and overnight hotel services, delivering a warm, attentive welcome during the late shift. The role requires overnight availability and a commitment to excellence in service.

The position includes processing payments, handling guest inquiries, checking guests in and out, coordinating room service orders, and contributing to a safe, efficient overnight operation that reinforces our luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

Overnight availability required.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented, organized, able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred.
Proficient in basic computer skills; POS systems experience is a plus.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Night Audit Associates handle guest registration and communicate hotel services during the overnight shift.
Interact with guests to enhance the guest experience through casual conversation.
Process payments, respond to inquiries, and check guests in/out.
Assist with room service orders and other overnight duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Starts at $19.00 plus Overnight shift differential, and 20% commission on Upsells.

Shifts may be 9pm - 7am; subject to change based off of business demands.

Night Audit Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions during the overnight shift. The highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries, checking guests in/out, room service orders, etc. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or have interest in Hotel clerk positions, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should be extremely detailed oriented, organized, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Overnight availability.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting.
Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
