Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Food Server Assistant to support dining service, assist the Food Server, and help ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work early shifts, and a willingness to lift and move moderate weights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include excellent guest service instincts and a valid AZ Food Handlers License preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Starting rate: $15.15 per hour + tips, majority of the shifts will start at 5am and/or 6am. Subject to change based off of business demands.

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guests. Job duties include table setting and clearing, beverage service, and food running.

This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
