Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, Springfield, MO, is seeking a part-time Night Auditor. You will perform nightly audit procedures, balance cash, verify wake-up calls, and prepare the front desk for the daytime shift.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in PMS and Microsoft Office preferred. A High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in hospitality customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reports per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure policy compliance.

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports as per OHM and hotel standards.
