Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Night Audit at the Hampton Inn Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. You will perform nightly audit tasks, balance cash, and ensure a smooth transition to daytime operations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality service experience is preferred; a HS diploma or GED is recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports as per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
• Greet guests warmly and comply with company policies.
