Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Night Audit at the Marriott Champions Circle in Fort Worth, TX. The role includes performing all daily audit procedures, balancing cash, managing wake-up calls, and preparing front office for the day shift.

You will also serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 2+ years in hospitality customer service; proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office, plus

• 2+ years hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and ensure accurate deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Serve as Guest Service Representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
• Greet guests warmly and comply with company policies.
