Job summary

Waterford Group Llc is seeking a Night Audit for overnight hours (11pm-7am) to greet guests and manage post‑stay billing. You will oversee processing and reconciling daily receipts and prepare guest bills, ensuring accuracy and security of funds while maintaining high guest service standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Night Audit Overview

Night Audit is a very important role within the hotel function. Working the overnight hours (11pm-7am) is not easy. This candidate needs to be self‑motivated, disciplined and be an organized individual. The night audit position will welcome guests, oversee processing and reconciling the daily receipts as well as preparing guests bills.

Responsibilities

• Preforming guests check in and check outs.
• Respond to guests needs and requests.
• Securing payment, verifying, and adjusting the bills as needed.
• Handling accounting of money, receipts, guests accounts and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure the companies funds are secure.
• Close out the day for both front desk and food and beverage computer systems.
• Summarizing the nights operations and communication with the necessary departments.
• Ensures rollover from one business day to the next.
