Job summary

Hampton Inn Bozeman Yellowstone Int'l Airport is seeking a Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve hot breakfast, keep the buffet stocked, and maintain a clean breakfast/lobby area for guests. You'll work with OHM-managed teams, follow health and safety rules, and provide friendly, attentive guest service.

Scheduling may include nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma preferred; restaurant or customer service experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet and keep it stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
• Provide superior guest service and fulfill guest requests.
• Clear tables and sanitize work areas, utensils, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items and stock supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Report to shifts on time and in uniform.

• Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
• Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
• Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.

Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

Physical Activity:

• Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:
