Job summary

CCS Facility Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Night Area Manager to lead in-field cleaning crews, train staff, and ensure quality across multiple sites. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and a valid driver’s license for nightly site visits using a company vehicle.

This full-time position offers a company vehicle and benefits package, with evenings and night shifts. You will report to the branch management team and coordinate with supervisors to execute daily tasks and safety

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews.
• Hands-on training.
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules.
• Other tasks and administrative duties.

Janitorial - Night Area Manager

Salary depending on experience. Company-provided vehicle/gas, cell phone, and Benefits

MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

MUST be able to work full-time hours

This Night Area Manager will be responsible for:
