Job summary

The Ivy at Berkeley, part of Oakmont Senior Living, is seeking a Night Alzheimer Care Provider to support residents during overnight hours. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring safety, and delivering compassionate care in a respectful, dignity-focused environment. You will work Tuesday through Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

Pay range is $19.65–$20.75 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/ PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with others.
