Job summary

The Ivy at Berkeley is seeking a Caregiver for Memory Care to support residents with daily activities and personalized care. Roles include AM, PM, and NOC shifts in a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group.

We welcome candidates with a passion for elderly care; 18+ age, HS diploma or GED, and ability to pass background and health screenings. Training provided; benefits include comprehensive coverage and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate any observed changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
