Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is hiring an Airline Support Specialist to work onsite with our airline partner. You will process hotel and ground transportation reservations, build strong client relationships, and deliver professional, courteous service to our valued customers.

This full-time overnight role runs 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of airline crew scheduling is a strong plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison with the airline partner.
• Process client requests via the API Operations system.
• Follow-up on all client requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Alert supervisor to issues requiring management involvement.
• Negotiate with hotels and ground transport vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of call center methodologies and reservation systems.
• Adapt to irregular operations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete API Operations Agent Training and recurring trainings.
