Job summary

Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking an Airline Support Specialist to manage on-site hotel and ground transportation reservations for airline partners in Seattle. You will build strong relationships, handle requests with professionalism, and ensure timely, accurate service to our valued customers.

This full-time role requires adaptability to evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering courteous, efficient support and maintaining knowledge of Reservation Systems and

Qualifications

• Ability to positively present API in customer facing situations.
• Customer service background is a plus.
• Airline/Hotel/Travel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as API’s on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support, guidance and training.
• Process client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system. Assess all customer needs.
• Follow-up on all client requests and transactions; ensure client satisfaction.
• Alert supervisor on items that require management involvement to solve or avoid challenges.
• Negotiate with vendors (Hotels, Ground Transportation) for best outcome for client and API.
• Resolve client disagreements professionally; present solutions based on facts.
• Use reservation systems (ACES, Hotel Express, IHRS) to track and fulfill client needs.
• Adapt to irregular operations and extended work schedules; be on call when needed.
• Learn API’s call center methodology and maintain currency through training.
