Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

Responsibilities

• Obtains relevant health and medical history and performs physical assessments.
• Develops and implements evidence-based treatment plans and follows up with patients.
• Collaborates with team and leads in quality improvement efforts.
• Maintains accurate medical records and ensures proper documentation for billing.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Participates in ongoing professional development and teaching of staff.
