Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors while enforcing site security procedures.
• Verify credentials and manage entry records to control access.
• Direct authorized personnel and assist with deliveries, vendors, and construction access as required.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per procedures.
