Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• A drug screen will be required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining access records.
• Monitor alarm systems and camera feeds, reporting any unusual activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter, documenting observations.
