Qualifications

• Must possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Valid driver's license as per policy requirements.
• Comfort with computer or tablet usage is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, maintain records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents using established emergency procedures.
• Conduct patrols of buildings, access points, parking, and perimeter; report observations.
• Support secure environment at chemical/petrochemical site and report concerns.
