Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Able to use a computer or tablet.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Monitor access control points, verify entry credentials, manage visitor and driver check-in processes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns following site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of entry points, yards, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations and access-related activities per reporting requirements.
