Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, employees, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access and log arrivals/departures.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing traffic and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and facility perimeter.
