Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by managing access control procedures and verifying credentials.
• Monitor entry/exit points, screen deliveries/visitors, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular/random patrols around access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and report security concerns.
