Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees via access control and site policies.
• Verify authorized access and maintain entry/exit records per site procedures.
• Monitor vehicle traffic, report unauthorized access or irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, loading docks, and perimeter.
